Our Story
Novodia Partners’ objective is to bring our experienced professionals to support companies in our targeted fields with advisory services and investment capital to grow and develop their business plans. The company was founded by Mr. Victor Garcia, the former CEO of CAI International, which was during his tenure a NYSE publicly listed transportation finance company. Mr. Garcia has over 30 years of experience in hard asset investments, corporate banking and public capital markets. The Novodia Partners team is made up of seasoned industry executives. We have professionals who have run their own businesses, have extensive advisory experience and local knowledge.
Our Mission
Our mission is to find companies with growth plans in hard asset infrastructure industries in the Americas and Europe, where there are consistent long term cash flows that can be supported with long term debt and equity capital.
